Prior to real estate, Heather served as a customer care manager in new home construction and successfully ran her own small business. These roles sharpened her ability to anticipate needs, communicate clearly, and solve problems under pressure—skills that now serve her real estate clients well. From managing large groups of homeowners to overseeing the many moving parts of a business, Heather developed a strong foundation in service, organization, and results-driven strategy.
