Prior to real estate, Heather served as a customer care manager in new home construction and successfully ran her own small business. These roles sharpened her ability to anticipate needs, communicate clearly, and solve problems under pressure—skills that now serve her real estate clients well. From managing large groups of homeowners to overseeing the many moving parts of a business, Heather developed a strong foundation in service, organization, and results-driven strategy.

Clients appreciate her honesty, her deep knowledge of Sarasota’s neighborhoods, and her commitment to clear, timely communication. She believes that a successful real estate experience is built on trust, understanding, and expert guidance at every stage. Her approach is professional yet personal—balancing proven strategies with a calm, compassionate demeanor to make each journey as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Heather is OSHA certified and an active member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles. She also proudly supports the Sarasota High School Girls Basketball team as a Booster member, mentoring young athletes and volunteering throughout the community.

In her spare time, Heather enjoys being on or near the water—whether paddleboarding through the mangroves, boating, or relaxing on one of Sarasota’s many beautiful beaches. She also enjoys yoga, great local food, and cheering on her children at sporting events.
